If you don't want to bother with shipping to the UK, you are entitled to refund her money and file the report to get reimbursed for your final value fees.
If the PO gave you a quote for shipping to Canada, you can work out the weight by working backwards on the USPS site (under calculate international). Then you can use that same calculator to figure out what shipping to the UK would be.
